Who we are
Recent Research
Photon-Efficient Hybrid
Fourier Ptychography

We present a high-throughput computational imaging platform using photon-efficient LED illuminator integrated with a lenslet array and hybrid multiplexed illumination to achieve stitching-free dynamic quantitative phase imaging with fourfold enhanced spatial resolution within 40 ms.

Our E2E-BPF microscope utilizes a physics-incorporated, deep-learned design of binary phase filter (BPF), which produces high-resolution images over extended depth ranges.
Polarization-Sensitive Intensity Diffraction Tomography

We present a novel reference-free 3D polarization-sensitive computational imaging technique that enables the reconstruction of 3D anisotropy distribution of both weakly and multiple scattering specimens from multiple intensity-only measurements.

We produce Millimeter-scale 3D refractive index (RI) distributions of weakly absorbing objects based on Optical diffraction tomography and single-pixel wavefront sensor.
Polarization-Sensitive Fourier Ptychography

Our polarization-sensitive Fourier ptychographic microscopy (PS-FPM) can generate high-resolution birefringence images of optically anisotropic specimens over a large field of view.
Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) Imaging

The cardio-stent strut detection based on OCT, a non-invasive, cross-sectional imaging technique.
